Sweet & Tangy Broccoli Slaw {Whole30 & Paleo}

Hey there! Today I’m sharing this delicious Whole30 & Paleo recipe for broccoli slaw. There are quite a few reasons we’ve come to prefer broccoli slaw over coleslaw. Broccoli has more vitamins and minerals than cabbage; 6 times more Vitamin A and twice as much Vitamin C per serving.  It also holds up better than coleslaw. Instead of becoming soggy the next day, it actually gets better! Broccoli slaw has a very mild flavor, so it takes on the flavor of the sauce. I know this recipe is a winner when my 9 year old comes in the kitchen and says, “YAY! Broccoli slaw for dinner”.

Ingredients: Use either homemade mayo or Primal Kitchen Mayo {found here}.
